Cathedral of Julianus
From Maronite History
The church is in Brad and Julianus is the Syrian Architect and constructor of this church. It was built where a pagan temple has been built in the second century[1].
The building is 42 meters long and 22 meters large. It has three domes separated by two rows of poles. The building ends by a straight head surrounded by two service rooms.
Under the central dome, we can still see the remains off the lectures' pad, or Bima according to the Maronite tradition.[1]
The church has ten doors, which proves that it has been well visited. It has been built between 399 and 402 A.D according to the writings found on site that mention as well some of the believers who participated in the construction of the church.
